Mission:

To Promote the artistic creation and the encounter among local and regional contemporary artists (plastic, visual and scenic artists) with the border community.

To favor interchanges, dialogues and educative processes of personal and direct enrichment between the cultural-artistic scene and the public (specialized and general).

To link local audiences and artists with national and international artists, critics, curators and galleries.

To Constitute a launch pad for the exhibition, appreciation and sale of art that convene annually in a common time and space to artists (beginners, emerging and experimented) and the regional, national and international public.

To Boost the cultural tourism in the region, designating Tijuana as a source for the creation, exposure and sell of  art works
